We usually describe this as a light medium roast that brews best in a standard coffee maker, V60, or any dripper of your choice. The slightly bright notes of red berries shine through most clearly when brewed as a pour-over.

Delivery Terms

Our coffee is roasted and shipped only between Tuesdays and Thursdays to ensure the best possible quality and freshness. Since each coffee has its own specific profile, roast dates may vary, but we guarantee that it will never be older than two weeks from roast date at the time of delivery. What we can promise is that the coffee will always be fresh and taste great when it reaches you.

History

Paubrasil — Core Coffee from Brazil

Paubrasil showcases the best of Brazil’s classic natural-processed coffee, sourced from the renowned Cerrado region. Named after Brazil’s national tree, this coffee embodies the expertise of seasoned farmers who use advanced, sustainable practices to deliver a consistently smooth, balanced cup—even as conditions change.

Each lot is fully traceable back to its originating farm through a QR code on the packaging. Paubrasil is certified under the Região Cerrado Mineiro Designation of Origin, ensuring it comes from one of 55 municipalities known for their distinctive terroir—defined by climate, soil, elevation, and the deep “know-how” of local producers.

Paubrasil’s contributing farmers are members of trusted cooperatives and associations within the Cerrado Coffee Growers Federation. All adhere to Brazilian labor good-practice standards and store their harvests in accredited warehouses to preserve quality.

Expect a cup that’s smooth, reliable, and authentically Cerrado.
